Permanent Fixed Restorative
Zirconia, Porcelain Fused to Metal, and FGC crown and bridge work will be warranted for FIVE years against defects in material or craftmanship, as of date of invoice, and ORIGINAL material only.
Removable/Functional Appliances
E.max® Restorations
All e.max® crown and bridge work will be warrantied for TWO years against defect in material or craftmanship, as of date of invoice, and ORIGINAL material only.
Provisional restorations and immediate dentures are not covered under warranty.*
The warranty is issued to the original clinic who issued the original prescription and is not transferable. It is valid to the original prescription only, and change in treatment including material, or additions are not applicable.
The account with Second Nature must be current when the warranty claim is submitted. Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to COD status and a service charge of 2% per month on overdue accounts will apply.
